Oyo rooms currently do not provide a toll-free number for their customers. So calling on the above number will be chargeable. You can contact OYO customer care regarding service, features, complaints, suggestions, payments, pricing, reviews, etc. related queries.
2. Through OYO Official Site
OYO’s official site provides a ticket-based support system to all its customers.
Go to the site of OYO and scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the ‘Support’ option.
the following page shows the FAQs with ‘need more option’ option on the top right corner.
Click on that option to submit a ticket with your enquires. You will be asked to fill your email id and the registered phone number. You can mention the subject as well. Write your queries in the description box. You can also attach documents and photos to explain your queries.
And click the submit button. And that’s it!
Expect a reply from the OYO team within 24 hours.
3. Through Official OYO Rooms App
You can get in touch with the OYO team through their official OYO app.
-Launch the OYO app and click on the ‘You’ option on the menu bar
-Next click on the ‘OYO Assist’ option on the following page.
Oyo Assist shows you all your recent bookings, popular FAQs and also gives you the option of modifying your booking. If you have any issue regarding your bookings, then click on the booking and you will have options to claim for refunds, and check your refund/cashback status for that particular booking.
Further, the last option is ‘Call Us’. You can click on that option to get in touch with Oyo customer care representatives on the phone. The phone number is not toll-free and is chargeable to you.
4. Through OYO Ping- Chat service
OYO has recently launched a chat service for its customers. Now customers can directly chat with OYO customer executives regarding their concerns.
All you need is to install the OYO app.
